#NJDevils #DougieHamilton #NHLFreeAgency

  1. We haven't had a true #1 D-man since Niedermayer left like 15 years ago. Get pumped everybody!

  2. im happy that we signed him. also just wanted to say i enjoy ur content and ur a great devils youtuber. lets go devils!

  3. Apparently the entire hold up was Jersey wanting Dougie to sign in person 😎😈 LGD!!!

  4. Always been high on butcher.. but needed to be done. What a solid D core now. The offense still has question marks. But overall.. I love the direction.

  5. NJD BLOG- is Quinn Hughes a free agent this year? regardless do you think he can sign with the Devils?on another not why do you think hamilton wanted to come here.

  6. Hamilton is the best free agent I can ever remember coming to the Devils from another team. Also really like Mac and Bernier as a tandem. This year should be great, but really excited about 2-3 years from now

  7. If you exclude Hall this is the first time in close to a decade that it really feels like something is shifting. We have a great young core. A proven top pairing D man. A better back up goalie which we desperately needed. Now if we can get Saad or Tarasenko to finish it off that would be amazing. The best moments of this team have yet to come. Very exciting go devils!

  8. Not into hockey like that don't know much but I root for NJ and u do a good job. Subbed

  9. Love this move. The timing and money was ripe for New Jersey to take advantage. I also don't understand Jersey not being an attractive market? Newark may be run down in areas, but Hoboken and Jersey City are not that far away from it which by the water front is really nice. Close access to NYC, and has any of these players gone down to Cape May? Don't even get me started on the food……I could write paper of all the spots to hit up whenever I cross the border from NY. Went to White Manna in Hackensack last weekend and it was glorious!!! There is a lot to offer in NJ as a viable market. I just think non Jersey fans & NHL players see Newark and immediately think that is the entire state. I hope Fitzy grabs another winger on the free agent market. After that I think they will be good to go.

  10. I’m really glad that what they’re doing is upgrading the defense and also bringing support for the younger, smaller guys. This should lead to more scoring opportunities. Curious if they’ll still go after any scoring wingers still. First, we need to resign some key guys.

  11. Had there actually been a last minute change, and he HADN’T signed with New Jersey, it would have REALLY Hurt our club, for a LONG TIME. It also would absolutely reinforce the “no-one wants to come to Jersey” narrative that has been haunting us forever.
