What a horrible reversed call for tripping on Tatar.. You can clearly see the stick coming from behind the foot, lifting his leg off the ice. Not all tripping calls need to be from the front of the players foot or leg. Hope the NHL talks to the refs about this !!! They messed up.

People say Mikheyev has hands of stone, but if you watch closely here he faked the five hole and slipped it on for a tap in. That is not easy to do at hectic speed. Mikheyev is so dangerous because of the shear volume of chances he generates out of nothing. That third line is the best third line in the NHL Any of them hardly make any mistakes no matter the competition. Sure they are no snipers, but they score frequently enough to underline what I said
Engvall with the patience of a saint. Hard fought win for the Leafs. A good sign for them.

A lot of issues with Engvall is his awkward positioning and that he is awkward in general with his size.

Happy for Mrazek. The guy is just having a tough year and it’s not easy to turn that around when there’s a lot of pressure, but who knows maybe he can do it.

The short handed goals this team scores are unbelievable.
Coach must be really unhappy with Severson on the last goal. He basically puck watches and then then suddenly decides to follow Bratt and double-up in that spot which wasn't necessary, which gave Engvall the opening. That's worthy of a bench. This is why New Jersey is still near the bottom.
