And you’re surprised by that? The ratings are always off because they just look at point totals, if they had any outwire seasons and how infamous they are (Patrick Kane being n1 right winger is an example of what I mean, I don’t think he’s number one anymore) instead of how the player actually is I swear. Like the ONLY reason Gibson is 90 is because of the outlier seasons from before and how he’s known around the league as a good goalie even if he hasn’t been in a while.

I agree with Fox he’s not above Makar but he’s also not a 90 a 92 would be perfect separation for him between Carlson and Makar after Fox won the Norris the year before
the fact that EA literally has access like everyone else to the top speeds clocked by players in game last year Kyrou, Formenton, and Necas in the top 3 fastest skaters pretty easy to copy paste that into the speed ratings
To me the top 10 goalies after the first 2 is atrocious
