Is anyone shocked? They have a ton of young talent who peaked two seasons ago, no defense, no coaching and an absolutely embarrassing track record as a franchise. It's impressive to go FIFTY seasons and never win the cup. There's a reason for that.

Trade Pettersson and Green to club 16 for Linden's rights. Then hire Todd Bertuzzi to take out the Aquilini's. Demote Benning to Head of Hotdog tasting Duty and Sign Jason Megna to a 16 x 8 and give him the C. It's what the fans want and deserve

Petterson is too weak and I ant see that changing, his frame is way too slender. Even of he can deke it takes one bump for him to get knocked away from the puck.
I like green as a person but I think its time for a new coach. We need a more physical do.onant game, pretty sure we had only 6 hits TOTAL in the game against Dallas or Anaheim. Totally unacceptable. We need a Darryl Sutter apparently

they`re 2 games under 5 hundred (a rocky start to season, to be sure..but if they go on a winning streak, then its a whole different conversation..still plenty of time to turn it aroundmake playoffs

Not just Vancouver- Calgary too & Calgary’s lucky goaltending has done alright job early on.Good example Calgary L to Toronto 2-1 in OT Friday November 12, their goalie was reason why they got 1 point!
why did anyone think they would be good this year, they were brutal last year and didn't really do anything in the off season to get better. Also teams have figured out Petterson so now he is a nothing. And Hughes is another Subban, great on the power play but terrible 5 on 5.

From what I've seen since watching this team since the 90's, we have a culture of losing. Vancouver is where good players go bad and big stars come to fade away. Historically we're a soft team with no edge, mirroring the city we live in. Wish it wasn't true. Just hoping that one of these years we can make a run, win a cup, and be done with it
