Think you said it best Steve, Islanders just need to stay the course. I am a bit worried they paid too much on Boychuk. More worried that they have almost 15 MILLION tied up in their three worst forwards IMO: Grabo, Grabner and Kulemin. They suck. Kulemin and Grabner were part of a PK that was 4th worst in the NHL. They provide menial offense (when and if they arent injured). People were praising Snow!?!? Yeah, cuz a few moves he made panned out but these signings are destined to handicap them down the road. If they can trade those three in some way, shape or form, I would do it.

Steve, Can you please let your greedy bosses know to try and hire guys like Ferraro, Miller, Cuthbert, Duthie, O'neil, Ward, Dreger, Mckenzie, Mclennan. Every Hockey fan in the U.S, Canada cannot stand guys like Kypreos, Mclean, Millard, Strombo, Healy, Romanuk etc. Or At least let TSN have more NHL games. Only Rogers would make me pay for Sportsnet to watch playoff games I could've watched on CBC last year for free.
I was more sad about the closing of the coliseum then our elimination. But you know what, at least the isles shut the doors on a winning note in game 6. And I don't care what people say, I have been to rangers, penguins, and capitals games. Their stadiums may have been state of the art, but they didn't contain as much history as the Coliseum.
