Eh, I thought he looked good
He may have been able to make the squad for at least a 9 game tryout, but there’s frankly no need. He’ll learn a lot more dominating in juniors than struggling in the NHL.
Had a feeling this will happen.
I’ve honestly turned around on Gaucher, when we drafted him I thought it was the worst pick imaginable, I mean we picked the guy that was said to have a bottom 6 ceiling and who regressed at the junior level which I mean is never good there was very little to like with the facts and figures we had at our disposal.
I really have to stop ever doubting Madden because Gaucher looks like a really solid player who will be a fixture of our penalty kill for years to come his drive is unreal, he probably still ends up a 3rd line guy but I could easily see him being slotted into the 2nd line when needed.
