Ive never seen this team in such shambles. 60% bad decision making by management and 40% bad luck. Either way, it’s a complete inexcusable disaster. The Penguins found a way to keep Malkin AND Letang. Boston found a way to keep Bergeron. We gave Giroux the middle finger and then bought out a cancer survivor who had serious potential before his illness just to sign another “enforcer.” It’s absurd and embarrassing.

Before philly went out and made all those crazy moves I felt that they just needed to make a couple small roster changes and have Carter heart have a bounce back season and they'd be fine. Now that team is in total shambles and will be for years to come. Even if they somehow nab beddard, I just think the team is in a load of trouble.

He does not want to play in Philadelphia, and with the way this team is going, I can't blame him. I'm die hard orange, and black, but this team is a bit of dumpster fire with the current management, and ownership. With that sad though, you work hard, and play your best to make the team you are on the best.
Let's say this for our situation, if the flyers were the titanic, Ellis would be the ship guard that pops himself and falls overboard. Fletcher wouldnt be the captain of the ship, hed be the guy who ignored the radio signals and tuned out.

Fletcher is a Terrible GM. As long as he's there; the Flyers are going NO WHERE. Read a blog from a Wild Fan as soon as Fletcher signed with the Flyers. He said in effect; " Flyer Fans: Get ready for 10 Years of Mediocrity.. " YEP.
