I’m a little surprised that Debrincat and Chabot are behind Stützle. I love jimmy stu, but I feel those guys are much more proven. If Timmy had a 40 goal season he’d still be only equal with Debrincat IMO. Debrincat scored 41 in his sophomore season. And chabot play half the game! Still great content boys, I appreciate all the work you’re putting in.
Omg. The final game of cut and keep. In this tier you’re basically choosing between your children. That’s how hard it is. In real life, I only have one child. So I don’t have this problem. He’s a punk ass teenager, and sometimes I’d like to “cut” him from our team. But at the end of the day, I love that little mofo more than anything. Moving on…

Cut: Claude Giroux. Who is on my list of favourite players of all time. Not just Sens. A fav player overall, of all time. I almost cried when his signing was finally announced, made official. But professional sports is also a business. And his age makes him a relatively easy choice for the cut.
Keep: Dear lord. I gotta choose between Chucky, Stützle, and Chabot. I’m gonna go with Brady Tkachuk. He’s the captain for a reason. 30 goal scorer who is consistently in the top of the league in both shots AND hits. And he’s an amazing leader. When you listen to interviews with anyone that has joined the team, pretty much every time they say that Brady was the first to reach out to them via text or call. If I was going to war, that’s the first guy I’d pick to back me up.

If this is a value ranking, Batherson points per contract dollar should put him at number one.
Why is Batherson underrated by people, the man lead the team in points per game with players playing at least 40 games with the sens and before the injury was the only above ppg guy maybe could have hit 80+ points if healthy. Why is he 6th? Its not just you, can you explain it please I genuinely don't know why people underrate this guy. The Guy would be top 2 for me, what does he have to do score 100+ points before people realize this guy is genuinely a top 2 player for this team.

We have seen him grow, this kid makes me jump from my seat every time he’s on the ice…this is gonna be an amazing year after 5 long years!

I wouldn’t assume those top 2 lines stay all year. The best chemistry could be different that the initial plan. It’s all good.
