THOSE PICKS HAVE TO PAN OUT FIRST , TOO MANY FORGET THAT THEY ARE SEEING KIDS PLAY AGAINST KIDS PRIOR TO THE DRAFT , IT IS A DIFFERENT GAME PLAYING AGAINST MEN WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE . WHEN I DID A FANTASY KEEPER LEAGUE WHERE WE DRAFTED JUNIORS AND COLLEGE KIDS I WAS VERY SUCCESSFUL IN PICKING PLAYERS WHEN I LOOKED AT 5 THINGS FIRST WAS POINTS PER GAME . THEN WAS HEIGHT OF 6 FEET TALL , WEIGHT OF 200 POUNDS , OVER 100 MINUTES IN PENALTIES , THEN THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE TEAMS DEPTH HOW LIKELY IS IT THEPROSPECT WILL DISPLACE A ROSTER PLAYER IN THE NEXT 3 YEARS .
