The next Gusev congrats
I think he’s going to have a monster first year and get that contract he’s looking for. He’s motivated and obviously where he wants to be, having a former teammate on the team is going to help out big time. Half the PP is Bo Horvat sitting in the bumper position waiting for the pass from down low on the left side. If he finds a way to power to the net like in his clips he’s going to keep defenders honest and not cheat as much, I also see Pettersson having a huge year and the two playing together due to the motor Kuzmenko possesses, along with fellow countryman Podkolzin on the other side. Podkolzin and Pettersson had decent chemistry last year when put together.
I think he'll score
77 Games 27G – 27A – 54Pts
What do you think 🤔
He'S tHe NeXt PaNaRiN
Edmonton took him to Joey 😂😂😂 what a joke.
Podz and Kuz are gonna help eachother play better, and rack up some points. I think we’re in for an iconic, lovable duo in Canucks history.
On top of a potential 30-40ish point season he'll for sure help everyone else score and rack up points with no risk. This is a for sure win. Now if we can just shed some dead weight like myers or pearson
I think for The Kuz to be successful, he has to play with a passer, and a bigger grinder who can create space. If Pettersson can establish himself in the face-off circle this year, I could realistically see a line of Kuzmenko-Pettersson-Podkolzin.
How he does, depends mostly on who is still left on the team by October, how he adjusts to the new team and league, and what opportunities he gets as a result of all those other factors. My guess is he is capable of getting 60-70 points in an ideal opportunistic environment to maybe only getting 30-40 points in a poorly adjusted transition. Either way he is going to be a real bargain at an entry level contract salary. Great win for new management for sure. My guess is he is going to replace Pearson and Dickenson's offensive production at a fraction of the cost. I just don't think he can play as well defensively the first year to replace those players, but that will instantly give them more cap space they so dearly desire. I really think he made the correct decision coming to Vancouver because the Canucks are already making room for him and he will get all the chances he needs to prove he can play at the N.H.L. level.
Probably be a 30-40 point winger.
Dude you should definitely look into becoming a sport analyst.I see a lot of potential in you
He is going to be a little too slow for this league, but he is a good passer with skill.
Put him with Miller or Pete…
What excites me is his work ethic. Even if he struggles offensively out of the gate if he is willing to forecheck and throw some hits then he can have value in other places. I think he is more of a playmaker so I am saying he gets 15G and 35A for 50 points.
I like the fact he is a two way player. Saw some film and he has really good hands. If he is faster than he looks would be a bonus. My thought is if he does better than expected. We did good.
He will be a 40-50 points guy in year one
I heard he didn't sign in Edmonton because it was raining……Does it ever in Vancouver? Just asking.
Be interesting to see where he fits in the pecking order towards the end of next season , coach will hopefully give him every opportunity to show his capabilities .
Probably 30-40 points per season. 8 years in KHL and only one good season.. He is a big overrated imo.
J.T. Miller was not a free agent signing. He was traded for with Tampa Bay. An excellent trade by Jim Benning.
Emotional attachment reserved until I know he'll be here for the long haul. Why does it feel like he'll be in New York or Florida next year.
he's scrimmaging with mikheyev and EP40 in whistler so i guess we'll see what he's got. he's quite confident and very likable.
