  1. Meant to mention: don't be shocked if he returns to Dallas. Sneaky team could be Detroit.

Thanks everyone! Smash that like and comment your thoughts

  2. I wish he would sign soon. The Flames are looking to move a defenceman or maybe even two. Nothing will happen there until Klingberg is signed.

  3. Would like for Montreal to try signing him long term. Since the lost of Petry our right side is very weak with Savard, Wideman and Barron being the top guys. I know that we don't really need him right now since we are in a rebuild but he could be very useful in a few years when we'll be ready to compete. Also could be a pretty good mentor to the many young guys in Guhle, Harris, Barron, Mailloux and others. In term of money though I don't know how it could work. It depends on wether Price is on LTIR or not I think

  4. Sens brass probably required that Klingberg sign with NSM as part of conditions of trade. So look for Klingberg to sign with Sens in coming 24 hours

  5. For Ottawa I like Demello for the cost.He is a Makar like player. The cost way less and he has the Ottawa connection.Pierre is probably watching his cap right now.Lt the contracts he signed

  6. I have no hope for the islanders adding another player. I think they’re just going to run it back with the same team minus a slight youth upgrade on defense. The boys have to step it up in a normal season. I think the team believe they weren’t given a fair shot and are going to bounce and management is believing them. If they have another bad season then real changes are going to happen. I still believe islanders are a really good team.

  7. As an Isles fan I can tell you we have a lot of dumb fans. Lol. Why the hell would you trade a young, up and coming, future Norris candidate in Dobson for anything?! Not when there is so much actual garbage on the front end. Unreal.

  8. Klingberg is only going to hurt his value next off-season if he signs a 1 year deal considering his age. Not surprised he isn't happy with how free agency is going for him. After seeing his remarks about what he wants for a contract midway through last season, I just knew it would be a long free agent period for him once the summer rolled around

  9. Can’t see the Canucks being able to move the contracts necessary to make this move. They currently have not shown a willingness to add assets to move some of these bad contracts. Think the new hierarchy views this as a 2-3 year project and not forcing deals.

  10. Screw that. Chychrun to Ottawa is BEST fit! NOT Klingberg!

  11. I've been a Dallas fan all the way back when they were Minnesota. Been watching all the Dallas games online, and let me tell you, Klingberg is a serious defensive liabiltiy. He wasn't always that way, but the last couple years it has been cringe-worthy watching him play…giving up the pick, pinching down low far too often, getting caught, often putting his team in a 2 on 1 situation, its pretty bad. If I know this, i'm sure the real NHL GM's and stat guys are fully aware of it.

  12. HUUUUUUGE NEWS EVERYBODY!!!!!

  13. I think the stars is still a good option for Klingberg but on Ottawa I wouldn’t mind him but I don’t wanna pay 7.5+ for Klingberg it would be a bit of an overpay but we still do need a good RD on the sens.
