Glad that Luostarinen scored first and agree that he is still developing. I'll have to look at some of the stats sites: I recall that he was really good on the PK, always disrupting passes, gaining possession from the other team's offensive, and almost always in position. With Hornquist and Lomberg, he did as much board battling as any of them. I would like to see what he can bring this year, and I hope he makes the team. He certainly contributed last year. I really wasn't that impressed with any of the other veteran forwards. In the end, it is Maurice's team, and you can't really say that you are seeing how he performs if only does what others tell him to do. We have to let him call the shots. He has a 1 year contract. But, I think he realizes that might also be his best bet to get into the finals. I think we will see him give his best. And to see who is as coach, I think we have to let him make his calls. Still: fingers crossed for Luostarinen.

You hard to please bruh. It was the 1st game. I thought Balcers looked ok, around the net, there's definitely a little chemistry going on with Balcers,Swaggy,and Barky. First game Staal was aight, had a few chances on the pp. Keirstad was horrible, in my humble opinion. 2nd game only had 4 starters. Benny looked good, Reino, Chucky, they need to build chemistry. None of the kids really impressed me. And the Staal who played game 2 looked washed, it's only 1 game tho.

I liked Cousins, he mixes it up and can add some offense. Seemed like all preds cared about was pounding him . Lol

Heard the preds announcers say that the coaches made a deal so the second game was basically gonna be preds starting lineup vs. our Fringe players. It definitely showed
