  1. Another example of a team having it right the first time and every variation and iteration and alteration since then has been inferior. Although they introduced some new colors (though the 1974-76 Seals had them beat long ago), the uniform had traditional hockey jersey elements in the waist and sleeve striping which gives the look a lot more "staying power" and timelessness than ones that look like practice jerseys.

  2. Did not see that coming! Looks amazing! I have to say though, I prefer their current logo over the old one, so to me, thst would be the only way this jersey could be improved.

  3. Yes! So happy they brought this back. Def their best era imo. They’re gonna be rocking unis from just about every era this season 🔥 🦈

  4. I hate the neck collar but glad to see this version back!!!

  5. Wow, talk about double dipping, SJ has 5 jerseys this season–their home and away set, their alternate, their reverse retro, and now their heritage. Also, since this is the second time they're bringing these back for an anniversary (the other being in 2016 for their 25th) hopefully they'll realize these are superior and make them their regular jersey.

  6. YES!
Maybe the best 'non traditional' NHL sweater of all time….if that makes sense.
Made HUGE waves (pun intended) when debuted in 1991.
Literally kicked off the giant teal trend in pro sports throughout the 90's
    Well done Sharks.

  7. Loved your site for years. I can't wait to see the content you share here!

  8. Question for the Sharks fans: is it me or the original jersey was a bit more blueish than the current one, which has more shades of green?
