@Flames de Calgary

1. Blaming it on the goalie? Calgary is getting beat. Where is Gaudreau? The Oilers are beating them as a complete team. Horrible analysis.

  2. Yes its possible is it gonna happen?…………… doubtful mcdavid into the promise land. It would take a casualty and koskinen starting for calgary to comeback.

  3. Pre series predictions from just about everyone: CGY has a bigger, heavier, and deeper team with better goaltending, therefore in favour to win the series.

    Maybe it wasn’t just Oettinger they struggled with? If anything, they’ve proved to be not a playoff team, like the Leafs.

  4. Whatever happens.. I'll take solace in the fact that Calgary was never so bad, that in a 6 year period, the league had to gift the Oil 4 1st overall picks, a 3rd and a 4th.. And then had to change the rules to stop a team from 'failing upwards' Imagine what CGYs roster would look like if we'd even gotten 4 2nd overalls in the last decade.

  5. I had the Flames making it to the Stanley Cup Final. Unless a total collapse happens in Edmonton their series is done. I was expecting more from the Battle of Alberta and we still
    May get what we were all expecting, but the odds of that happening are low. I just hope nobody gets hurt while playing.

  6. Calgary's a good team but so are the Oilers. I just can't see the Flames doing 3 wins in a row now.

  7. Hot take: Next season Matthew Tkachuk will be starting for the Leafs. Idk who comes back the other way but I expect a 1 for 1 trade.

  8. Edmontons speed and relentless pursuit of the puck leaves Calgary defenseless. P.s Some people laugh and joke about Mike Smith's antics, but it's Mike Smith's wandering that eliminates Calgary's dump and chase game that made Calgary strong all season. So go ahead. People laugh at Mike Smith

  9. It was hilarious watching. Dan, try to no sell All of the positive facts surrounding the Oilers in this series. Lol he was screaming inside and you could tell

  10. No. Next question. Oilers will shoot the Flames out of their own building with a total beatdown.

  11. Even as an Oilers fan, it ain't over in Game 5. Flames have traditionally been comeback experts. Its in the Flames' blood. Winning the series though will be an uphill battle, but it will likely extend to Game 7.

  12. It can happen. A few teams have come back from a 3-1 deficit and won the series. Difficult, but can be done! I don't care who wins the battle for Alberta, I just want the cup back into Canada!

  13. The Oilers when they want to can dominate and they have for at least 7 of that last 9 periods. The first game was an anomaly.

  14. Those two players are what got us to round two not to mentionwe are on a rebuild… they got to much chemistry to leave calgary they won't be leaving.

  15. You can tell these guys despise the Oilers, it's never what the Oilers have done right it's always about what the the other team did wrong.
