I truly appreciate your research on the teams and based on your comparative study, the Rangers are coming into the playoffs with good performance behind them. I’m a Wilds fan but i do like cheering for the underdogs. Here’s hoping the Rangers beat the Penguins! ^_^

As much as I love the Pens they’re playing as of late has been bad to watch. Very inconsistent. I honestly don’t see them beating the Rangers. I say Rangers in 6.
Letang and Geno are UFA’s at seasons end. It’s been sixteen straight years of playoffs with this core. This is their last horrah and they know it. If their still hungry and want one more they’re gonna get it. Pens beat rangers although I will admit conventional wisdom would suggest they don’t. I’m sayin they do.
Penguins are my team, but for the last 2 1/2 months of the season this team looks like it was preparing for another first rd exit. The first 50 games or so they actually played really well and seemed like a very focused team. They had a stretch of line 5 or 6 games in February of non playoff teams and were terrible. I said here we go with the bad habits and the arrogance in their play especially Malkin and Letang. Even with a healthy Jarry i don’t think they’ll beat the Rangers or any team for that matter. If they were allowed to play Detroit… This team doesn’t manage the puck very well, their lack of attention to detail without the puck is frustrating to watch. They are a hard team to play against. If our top line isn’t scoring there isn’t much else going on. I got the Rangers in 5 maybe 6…i hope i’m wrong.
When this video was filmed, it was not announced that Jarry would miss the first 2 games of the series. I even checked prior to filming this, and I could not find any concrete news either way if he was starting, so I assumed he was when this was filmed. I just wanted to note this since some are commenting saying "Do your research".
I am picking the Rangers in 5 over the Penguins also don't like the Penguins Crosby Malkin etc, also I am a die hard NY Sports fan out of the Tri-State Area NY/NJ so I watch all 3 teams in the New York metro area, Rangers, Islanders, Devils, so In my heart want the Rangers to win this series and to add the Islanders beat the Penguins last year in the first round of the Playoffs and I am a local fan.

yeah the Pens are done in 4. They got smoked against the Rangers in the season, going 1-3 against them and Shesterkin plays lights out. I hate to see my Pens once again get knocked out in the first round to a NY team but it's gonna happen….they've been skating poorly lately and the goaltending is not at playoff level, though I do love Casey DeSmith (more than Jarry, in fact)
Jarry will be out for the first two playoff games for the Pens, that could be a big difference maker

I have been a Pens fan since 72 . The Pens will lose this . My wish is for the Pens to actually play Defense and for Letang to actually play Defense for a change . I wish also that the Pens would stop giving up goals as soon as they score . Letang should have retired 2 years ago .
