Whew!! So glad the Czech situation re: the Russian players got resolved, so that the games can happen without incident or intrusion. And Good on GM Grier to take a stand on the issue-"we go as a team or not at all"–you got to respect that. Chychrun Linked to 6 Teams? As you stated before, really only 2 or 3 are in the mix ,but ,IMHO, the Coyotes are going to have to reduce the asking price because of his injury history.
So what if we add Brannstrom to a Chychrun package?

Chychrun rumors seem like clickbait.
Ottawa would be just as fins to roll into the season with what they have. Lots of young player you would like to get another look at before they make a deal that would involve prospects.
They are praying that Knight takes the number one spot this year and attempt to make a trade to a reasonably good team and retain 30-40% of his salary.
Jeniks isn't solidified in the NHL, giving big hits is one way to get your name known, especially on a coyotes team that seems to be building a bit of a tough team.
Going to be tough to trade Bobrovsky. Even at 50% retained, that's 5M/yr for a guy who I believe is 33 years old. A ridiculous contract that is now haunting the Panthers. The good news is that he played very well last season, and can't be faulted for their downfall in the playoffs. Most teams are at the cap, and the ones that do have decent cap space are rebuilding. With a NMC in his deal, a buyout after this season looks more likely.
