Some of those Guys might be Awful Choices but they would cost less to sign then Kane wants, So if Holland can do that then Nobody should mock our Roster. Also here some Bottom six Players for Oilers Need to add Physical

I've always liked Domi. He plays with an edge, can score and isn't afraid to take a penalty on someone. Very similar description to what Kane brings. If he's not getting any solid offers elsewhere, the idea of boosting your resume with McDavid/Drai for a season might be very appealing for him.
In my perfect scenario, Barrie gets moved. He's got enough skill to have teams interested in him.
Package Foegele/Kassian together with puljujarvi, someone will take that chance that Puljujarvi pans out.
Sign Kane & Domi if possible.
The defense is fine for the regular season, promote from within. Broberg and Nemo have shown they can play at minimum 3rd pairing minutes. Can always add a vet at the deadline if needed.
Roll with Skinner in net. Add a cheap backup if Smith can't play.
This team should not be worried about regular season. Develop your young players by giving them plenty of minutes. If Skinner pans out (just don't let in really shitty goals), this teams offense would be scary good.
