Jonathan Huberdeau because he is the best passer in the league, and he’s committed himself to playing in Calgary till 2031. I also added a C patch to my recently ordered Huby jersey because I have a big gut feeling that he’s gonna be the next guy who gets it, and he is a guy who can be an exceptional leader on the ice 😎🔥
Huberdeau should get the captaincy but I feel like if you still want a style of captain that Tkachuk would've been then Kadri wouldn't be a bad option either. The A's should go to whoever doesn't get the C between Kadri and Huberdeau and two of Lindholm, Tanev, and Mangiapane.
