  1. A 29 year old who is only 7 points above a PPG average in the regular season and his scoring drops off to .78 in the playoffs is worth how much?

  2. Lets name Flame players that are better than Johnny all time for LEGO. Iginla, Fluery, Macinnis, Vernon, Gilmour, Nieuwendyk, maybe Mullen, maybe Suter. Young people have no idea that the Flames were the second best team in NHL in the late 80s and early 90s and top 10 of all time. They just lived in the same time as Gretzky, Messier, Kurri and the gang. If the Flames were in the East there would have been atleast 4 Edm vs Cal finals. Calling Johnny the best Flame of all time is insulting….from an Oilers fan.

  3. Johnny No-Hockey, as I call him, has never performed in the playoffs. Even this year he was well below his regular season averages. The Flames were never going to win the Cup with him, and neither will any other team. Only hope Gaudreau has of ever getting his name on the Cup is by pulling a Bourque and joining Colorado to just go along for the ride. The guy is a liability. When things get brutal, he's just too small, too weak, and too unmotivated. If he goes to Jersey, they may end up with the smallest team in NHL history, because Hughes is another guy just like him. No Cups for either of those guys, ever!

  4. The only player the devs should be signing is Jesper bratt and until he gets resigned I won’t be happy

  5. I can't see him playing for Torts in Philly. Devils maybe, playing with Jack. Maybe Predators if they are not able to resign Filip Forsberg

  6. As a Devils fan, I want Tkachuk A LOT more than Gaudreau. Tkachuk is already one of the single best winger in hockey at only 23 years old. A long term connection between him and Hughes would be magical. Especially since the Tkachuk and Hughes families are friends, so Matthew might want to go to NJ, and he would easily have great chemistry with Jack.

  7. a few years back, johnny had a bad year and the city turned on him. he was getting ripped by the media and the coach. that can stick with some people. it's not a great city, the arena is a dump, sutter strikes me as being a jerk. i wouldn't blame him if he took less somewhere else.

  8. Scoring was historically high overall in NHL last year….teams should not get carried away with what players did in 2021-22….look at what he did over last 5 years….Thought Flyers have no money..

  9. Honestly, I feel like Gaudreau isn't gonna resign in Calgary. If he wanted to stay in Calgary he sure as hell would have taken that offer from the Flames by now. Will he sign with New Jersey or Philly? I don't think those are gonna be the destinations for him. Philly is terrible, and New Jersey doesn't seem to be in a position to sign a top free agent like Gaudreau yet. Where else does he go? I don't know.

  10. The wild ? Phoenix? Canes ? Devils ? Hawks ? Craken? Ottawa ? Buffalo ? Who's got the money Johnny 💰 !

  11. I think he might go to NJ, they want good or great players for a playoff push so if they can get him for free instead of trading the 2nd overall I’m sure they do it all day every day

  12. Gaudreau is 1000000% going to Philly. It's honestly laughable to think otherwise at this point. His renowned 2 way game will fit perfectly with Tortorella just like Marty St. Louis and countless others. Philly will have a great top line of Gaudreau, Couturier and Brink.

  13. The Flames had two guys who wore number 12 who were better than Johnny. Sorry Lego. He's not even close. He struggles to make top 10.
