At almost 6M a year and 33yo he's not coming back to the Kings. I like Jake but the Kings don't need them. We are way too deep in the farm system with just as good a players who are in their 20s and won't eat up as much cap space. I don't see it happening
I want Muzzin back for the PK, when he was on the team our PK was the best back 2 back 2 back years, if not the best then top 2 or 3.
Muzzin was great. But I think we're good with the young core that we have. We need some scoring guys. That's it.
Muzzin for Kempe
So funny, read a few comments left by Leaf fans today suggesting they trade Muzzin for Kempe. Like are you nuts? Who in their right mind would give up a young 30 goal scorer for aging D-man on a bad contract…Like at this point they're gonna have to package Muzzin with another player or add some kind of sweetener if they want to get rid of him. Cause they're not getting anything in return for him, not with his contract and the playoffs he's had

The trade to Toronto brought the Kings 3 major pieces in their current build. If we could get Muzzkill back and not burn any future assets i would welcome it.
Edler did a great job but if we have the choice of Muzz or Edler on the left side next season i would take Muzz. Don't mean any disrespect to Edler. I appreciated what he did last season.

Muzz “was” great for the kings. But he is too old for the Kings now at 33 and possibly too expensive.

I'm definitely okay with Muzzin coming back to LA. I read that Chychrun was taken off the trade market so Muzzin will do nicely. I'm interested in what Boston is going to do with Pastrnak, if they move him I want him in LA. So save some of that cap space for a Pastrnak deal.
