    You can’t be stripped of something you never had. Adam Fox will be the Captain next year and for the following 7 years of his contract. When Trouba LNMC kicks in July 2024 he will be moved.

    I am guessing it went something like Kreider saying Mika should be captain, and Mika saying it should be Kreider, and it went back and forth until they said F it and went with 6 A's

    Only two teams that I can remember won cups with a rotation of C. 1970 Boston and 1989 Calgary. It’s a jinx to not have Captain…. I don’t recall any team ever winning a cup without a captain at all

    The whole TB series changed when in game 3 NYR up 2-0 and Tyler Mott shot hit post and bar and stayed out. We need to learn in the playoffs you can’t be careless with the puck guys can knock out of the air never happens in the Regular season but it does a lot in the playoffs in Dury we trust we will be back again next year

    You know nothing about what goes on behind the scenes and day to day, just like any fan – we all have opinions in this case based on limited information. Personally, I do think Kreids ticks all the boxes, but I can understand why someone like Trouba could be Captain material. I really think though you should change the title and the tile for this video, he wasn't STRIPPED of anything and you're making him look bad with ZERO cause to do so – this is click bait pure and simple. I expected more from you.

    Chris Kreider should be captain. He is the heart and soul of the Rangers. Maybe after Kreider, then Fox. No Trouba.

    As a Ranger fan, if I’m picking anyone on defense it’s Ryan Lindgren. The dude put it all on the line every single shift this playoffs and the regular season. Heart and soul player.

    Trouba has enough trouble skating and handling the puck without having to look at it let alone being a captain.

    Seriously, Trouba would be an Awesome Captain! He's absolutely a leader in the room, he leads by example and with one hit can change the direction and energy of a game. Don't misunderstand me I love Kreider but I feel Kreids is just too soft spoken when he's in front of the cameras. Same goes for Zibby. Trouba would be my pick
