Jack was pretty great tonight. As much as I harp on Nylander at the tv screen about being lazy and poor defensive plays, I have to admit that once it comes playoff time, he's a totally different player. He'd probably be as good if not better than Auston Matthews if he had that consistency. It wouldn't surprise me at all that he takes a Conn Smythe trophy home one day.
Great coach, let's hope the boys believe in him enough to win in the playoffs !!

This guy's a great coach! The players they've assembled certainly have a shot at doing something special. Great mix of experience and youth. A lot depends on Jack, so that's a worry, but if everyone stays on the same page, they could do some damage in the playoffs. I'm a Leafs fan though, so I'll expect the worst and hope for the best.

I don't think this group of studs care at all about the things that held them back in the past. They now seem to want to play for each other and let the individual stats flow naturally. There is no " I " in team. Bring it Tampa, Bring it Bruins, step aside, we want a date with them pussies in Calgary/Colorado

The fourth line and Nylander were the best players on ice, defensively Holl and Reilly were the worst, Reilly got caught giving up three two on ones in the first and early second periods, and Holl was terrible in corners and passed onLeaf blue line several times ,skating just not there, wish Bruce Boudreaux was coaching this team, the y would have more balls

I mean this season was amazing but it's all for nothing if they don't perform in the playoffs.. so none of these next few games really matter at the end of the day, the first round is what's going to matter. Also if Matthews isn't playing right now that's not the worst thing, as the league's leading scorer let him rest and be prepared for the playoffs, that's what's most crucial right now.
This team is deep. Everyone is getting hot at the right time. Just need papi back 100%. Let's go!
