I see a couple of fans here and there overreact. It’s the preseason guys. I rather have this happen now than in the regular season. New coach, new guys, it takes time. We’ll be fine.
I believe the storm was the reason that we didn't get video coverage. There isn't even an NHL sponsored game recap although they were there for the other teams. 2)in terms of Maurice: I'm not sure if this 'work em to they drop' approach shows you the best of what individuals have, but I'm sure it is a way to get rid of older veterans on try-out who don't look like they have it anymore. 3)Maurice said some very complimentary things about Del Zotto in terms of his personality in the locker room. 4)No Hornquist, No Carlsson: my guess is you're holding back on Carlsson because you are going to trade him (hate to think that). I don't think Maurice knows Carlsson, so why else wouldn't you play him, unless he is injured? 5)hate to think we will stop rolling all 4 lines, as it worked so well last season and probably was one of the intangibles in terms of last year's success.
Hi panthers fans. Sorry to inform that this is might not be the year of panthers. Problem is defence. Goaltending ok. Very good offencive. Playoffs maybe but with this defence line up it's almost impossible to reach the finals. Next year panthers have almost 12 million at disposal. You can get 2 solid defence players with that. I am not saying its not possible to win the cup this year. My point is that next year its more likely.

Been a CATS fan for many years…and I get we start the season "slow", and I get that this is preseason…but…can we get outta "park" and at least get into 1st gear??? ( As for line ups…I think there should be an opportunity for a fan based line up for one game. Give the fans two weeks to send in line ups, sort out the most requested lines, and play them. Absolutely could not hurt, and maybe the coaches would get a clue as to what the fan base out here wants to see on the ice.) Just sayin' 🤗
Florida looked like veterans at 30% trying not to get hurt and rookies playing hard but anxious. Hurricanes looked like majority rookie players playing desperate like they knew there were spots available. Even Stepan, a vet, was trying very hard for whatever reason. I guess he’s not guaranteed a spot or who knows. And regarding the stream. I mean I think it’s not something to freak out over. Like tomorrow. Panthers in Raleigh. Streamed? Great. Works? Extra. Not streaming or just not working. Whatever lol. I’ll check out another game available or just make plans Saturday afternoon. Final thought. Preseason is not worth any criticism. So probably better not to waste your time being critical

Hornqvist hasn’t played due to a nagging issue per Colby Guy. And Carlsson announced his wife just gave birth. Could be why he didn’t play last night
I also saw the panthers page posted a story of Carlsson's newborn baby so that might be the reason he is not playing
