  1. Such is the life of a professional athlete. Sometimes, players have no control over where they end up and it could suck for them. Teams tend to think of players as commodities, but they are human beings, first and foremost. Everybody wants to be respected and valued. But sometimes, you got to suck it up and do the best with the hand you're dealt. Thanks for posting.

  2. Respect Yes. Earned, no way in today’s NHL. Blues need to sign several key players next year. Parron can afford a therapist ($45+mil) for his hurt feelings.

  3. As a wings fan I couldn't be more excited to have Perron on our team. Imagine the experience and skill he will bring to all of our developing players. All of a Sudden, that 2nd line looks really dangerous with the additions of Copp, Kubalik, and Perron. We wont be a one line team anymore!!!!!

  4. We all thought what he thought. That after being traded and being brought back twice they should have some respect for what he's done for them.

  5. damn he went from a contender to the bum wings who can't make the playoffs lol

  6. Its starting to feel like STL has no loyalty to anyone tbh (even if its just business…they aint had loyalty for Pietrangelo, Taranseko and now Perron)🤔

  7. You can’t have a team of just young guys. You need to have some veteran presence.

  8. Detroit treats people very well. Detroit will be very interesting this year. No superstars, but a lot of universal team talent. If things click, they could do very well, especially with the lack of a superstar, if that makes any sense.

  9. I'm in my early 30s but this channel makes me feel so much, "pretty old". Do you feel me? Fam? Meme-ing? Lowkey? Based?
    It's okay though, I still like Legorock's…vibe?

  10. Shoot how many former Blues do we have now, Fabbri, Huso, Wallman, Sunquist and now Perron, Stevy loves getting players from Tampa and St.Louis it seems

  11. He's 34 years old, they Blues don't have much cap space and also have some big free agents next year such as O'reily and some young guys that are going to get raises. They also have a need on D. They brought him back twice after drafting him, how is that not showing you are wanted but at some point the money doesn't work out.

  12. As Marc Bergevin once said: “If you want loyalty, go get a dog”. It goes both ways. That said, I feel for him. I hope he crushes it this season. LGRW

  13. Honestly blows my mind looking at what Yzerman gave up for all the blues players.

  14. Gonna miss him in STL. If he can adjust and adapt he could have a great season in Detroit. But it'll probably be a big change for him. He should still be a Blue, he's been a big piece of their puzzle for a while now, damn shame it just came down to needing to clear salary. It sucks, but it makes sense.

  15. He’s completely right. Love you Perron. I was pretty upset. And I don’t get upset with sports decisions.

  16. Perron was the biggest reason the Blues even made it out of the first round. Glad they are getting so much worse, can’t wait for Tarasenko to finally get his wish and escape that team as well.

  17. Hey Lego nobody is gonna be mad if you pronounce the n in perron like everyone else

  18. It really is a surprise that St. Louis let him go. The dude seems to have been firing on all cylinders the past 5 years. I hope it works out for him in Detroit and he ends up being here for 4 years. Time will tell. But I welcome him with open arms. He will be monumental in developing our young forwards as they will have someone very skillful to learn from. A very very wise signing by Yzerman.
