This mascot actually freaks me out. It looks like a Sesame Street character that moved to LA, got into drugs (cocaine in particular) and the party scene, and is trying to get through a Withdrawal period. They should have created something else. Eww lol.
I know, right…WTH??? I saw The Hockey Guy video first, and I think he has it figured out…marketing tool all the way for the kids. The intro video shows BUOY (yup…that's the name 🙄) being introduced to kids on the ice. Real Kraken fans will buy the jerseys, caps, etc. with the basic Kraken logo…this gives a market to the kiddos. That being said…there are some cool sea creatures that could have been used more in keeping with the Kraken theme…the "dumbo" squid has cute little "flippers" that look like ears…kids would love that. Just sayin' 🤗
