Go look at pictures of the Boston Bruins in the 1970s…. they had about a dozen assistant captains. Remember that episode of Cheers when Woody went into the office and said he wanted a raise and Rebecca said, "Thank God. I thought you were going to ask me for a title." He ended up leaving the office with no raise, but he had the official title of assistant head bar tender. I'm thinking these guys, and lady, are assistant head bar tenders.

Are you sure Sanford was the guy who played net while Luongo was on the toilet? In the Book 'Beauties' it says that Dany Sabourin was the guy in net and that he stopped all 5 of the shots taken at him before Luongo got back….

Seems like Dubas is following the Brian Burke manta. Hire more executives….yep that solves the issues with the team. Maybe there should be good executive thinking when the Leafs overpaid their RFAs and some of their UFA signings. Plus the Leafs drafting has been horrid.

Fleury would be a great add "if" the price is right. Trading Muzzin not that easy. Two concussions, his age, his deal, has lost half a step.. some roadblocks. Sandin looking for a spot that isn't there. He might want out. Leafs have to watch out that an offer sheet is put in for him. Dubas needs all these assistants to help solve the current human jigsaw puzzle. Whew…
