The ask for Chychrun is supposedly three first round pick equivalents. Broberg, Puljujärvi and two firsts maybe? Would you take that deal?

I want Shoresy on 4C. He proved he worth having around. The guy is slick, experienced and has a good attitude. Not to mention high value. I’m pretty happy with 26, 14 & 10 on the 4th line.
I’d waive Foegle or JP. If cleared cap solved for day 1 if claimed cap solved for rest of season. And both are potentiallly taking the same spot when Holloway comes up, based on the preseason lines. So one has to go eventually.
I would prefer they go after Chychrun to improve the top 4 in the back end. He's cheap, experience and has a mean streak that Broberg right now hasn't shown, yet. I think getting Chychrun is a better option moving forward if the Oilers want to win the cup.

Spot on with all your roster predictions. Too bad that waiving Foegele doesn’t produce enough cap space to keep Samo and have a 22 man roster. Hopefully Hamblin is the first call up. The man has played really good. I really like the idea of a Hamblin-Mcleod-Benson 4th line with Benson’s recent improved play. And Hamblin can help Mcleod if he’s having problems in the face off circle.
Definitely want to see Holloway on the roster. Keep this kid.
A deal for Chychrun would definitely help the oilers. The ask is a little steep. But having Chychrun in the top 4 is a upgrade. Losing pulji could open a spot for a prospect to come in like a savoie or borgouex

I can't see the Oilers going in on Chychrun, not at the price Arizona is asking.
In so far as who stays and who goes down Foegelle had a good game last game and maybe he earns a bit more of a look in the preseason before anything is decided.
If Nuge is centering the 3rd line (which, allowing for preseason games and everything we've seen in practice is the way they're going) who do you see as 3rd and 4th lines? Like you said Benson has been playing well, fills a role (annoying AF pest, every team needs at least one or two), and he's cheap so he may get a shot.
Unless Samorukov really shines if he's given another chance I think they waiver him and hope. Right now part of me would prefer Neims over Broberg but it could be nerves and a flavour of the minute partner situation too. I don't think he's played so badly he's played his way off of the roster and, as you said, Neims is not waiver required so no risk sending him down again.

Chychrun I feel is pretty n need of a new competitive team
I would take Malone and Hamblin before janmark and benson on full roster just my opinion I think they have worked very hard and shown it and are worth the shot over those 2 and if demers gets signed it’s a joke
This might be the first time I have been excited about our 4th line.
Hamblin, Mcleod and Ryan i think makes an exciting, fast and agrressive line imo.
