Excited to watch Dach & Slaf play together, I feel like there’s a real chance of chemistry there as long as Dach is engaged.
Monahan said this is the best he’s felt in years, no?
I’m excited to see that line, a mix of different skill sets. Two of them being shooters and one pure playmaker. Could be a good line!

Not a fan of the D pairings looks like a wasted preseason game to me.
Matheson should play with someone who will make the NHL team, not Leskinen. All 3 pairs likely won’t play together during the season.

Im really digging the Xhekaj – Barron combo tonight. Jackeye gets to be the big man with a plan, Barron gets to let loose a bit with his skill and offence. Hopefully they find some chemistry.

I low-key like Drouin Monahan Anderson as a line. Monahan as a responsible center, Powerhorse as the puck retrieval and high energy guy, and Drouin as the playmaker.
How about we don’t ride Matheson into the ground in the preseason, shades of Michel Therrien and Markov here, heh.
