Reimer bailed the Sharks out of some defensive blunders there. Good to see from him but the team absolutely needs to limit those mistakes this season. Defensive zone play was their downfall last season. Especially in neutral zone transition, whether trying to break out themselves or defending a breakout.
Viel reminding me a little bit of Clowe…someone who can mix it up with the rough stuff and score some goals. Merkley looks like he’s adding some offensive spark ⚡️
