Overall, the Canucks had a decent season, altho the slow start really sabotaged their playoff hopes–for years , this team has been an enigma IMHO-I always think they will be better than they turn out to be–Special teams is a strange dichotomy, a top 10 PP and the 3rd worst PK–overall, they were top 10 GA , so, the PK is really hurting them, they have to do better to get better as a team and push for a playoff spot. Nice additions , Lazar should help out on the PK–sadly, DeKeyser's PTO didn't pan out–the subtractions don't hurt—–the key is a strong start to the season and steady play to make the playoffs—will they make the playoffs? Possible, they will contend for a spot for certain.
