No fights come on..
I was walking back from a Phillies game with my dad in the summer 2015 before I left for basic training. Streets are empty because it’s late, but I see Scott Hartnell standing outside a cigar bar with his date. He has always been my favorite player so I instinctively yelled out “Hartsy!” He took the time to take a picture with my dad and I and we talked to him for 20 minutes. Didn’t feel rushed or like I was wasting his time. He was genuinely an awesome awesome guy. I asked him what he was doing in Philly because he had been traded and he said Philly is home. Flyer for life.
I soon forgot how friggin' big players were back in the day. Big and tough as hell!!
