The Evander Kane signing now looks like a masterstroke move by the Oilers, when everyone else in the hockey world thought it was a bad idea.
Kane deserves credit here for focusing on hockey, which is likely much easier to do in a city like Edmonton which doesn't usually have very good weather to begin with, or anything much else in terms of entertainment and potential distractions.

Is it just me ir does it seem when any nhl team plays a game this way, where there doing good for the first little while. Then get tied up and passed by 1goal but its like there power button shuts off and they let the game go or out of control. Yeah i dont know but edmonton could of and should of caught up easily but didnt and thats what i mean.
