Spector's and the media's emphasis on this word "confidence" is annoying. Confidence comes from competence, not vice versa. Competence comes from hard work and good coaching. And good coaching comes from Jay Woodcroft, a conscientious, hence competent, master at his craft!
Does anyone else sometimes try to imagine what a conversation between Jay and Ken must be like?
