I’m a Ducks fan but hockey just doesn’t feel right with the Kings (and ducks) in the cellar. I hope both teams retake their rightful spots at the top of the division, though it looks like the Kings are gonna get there much faster. Also, I relocated to southern Nevada 6 years ago and cannot stand VGK. Really puts a smile on my face to see them get absolutely B-slapped by throwback Kings hockey.
Congrats to Kopitar on the Hat Trick on the first game of the season. The Kings veterans put on a hockey clinic on home Ice. Vegas will not forget this game the next time they meet.

Great start to the season Kings (fan since the 1987 pre-Gretzky) save some of those goals. Gotta keep it balanced all season. GREAT team effort. Kopi Drew and Danualt looked awesome and Peterson SOLUD in net. GKG!!!

Boy, that highly touted Vegas D looked like absolute dogshit in this one. Never seen them give up so many odd-man rushes.
