I have to tell you guys and CAP friendly is NOT up tp date. Go to Elete Prospect, they are more of an update lines. You will see when the IRs will come back to the team. The NHL tema do not have to announce till the season starts, then must go to the NHL admon to report. The Cannucks news is more up to date than the USA news.
