Kinda shocked tbh, he’s definitely worth a claim for a bad team
feel bad for him. he just has that better than ahl but not good enough for nhl stigma i guess.
Good news is there’s depth at wing in Hartford this year for call ups.
Hes gonna be an add on for some trade deadline move to a bad team.
They are gonna stick him in and give him playing time and he will earn the trust of that team. He will get promoted to the top 6 and in his first game there, he will promptly score against us

I feel bad for the guy. His confidence must be shot at this point, clearing waivers after no one wanted to acquire him. He’s about to celebrate his 25th birthday and I’m pretty sure he wasn’t expecting to do it in the American League.
All he can do is kick ass in Hartford, maybe figure out what his ideal ideal role is, and wait for another chance. It’s kind of tragic that someone with his size and speed might not have many chances left, but here we are.
