  1. No support during the regular season?? Have you ever been to Joe Louis during the regular season they sellout most every game and Red Wings fans are recognized to be one of the most die hard fan bases in the NHL.Nashville had 26 sellout games throught the whole year that was at the end of thier season when they were winning . Red Wings sold out 70 games during the regular season and thier T.V ratings are 2nd in the NHL among USA based teams.Just stick to NASCAR let northern states play hockey..

  2. Although I do recognize that any comment trashing the Red Wings fan support is ignorant, I find this comment equally as ignorant.
A.) Your claim that we only sold out games towards the end of the season was based on absolutely nothing. We started out the year with like 11 straight sell outs before it plateaued.
B.) You sold out 70 of 41 games? Very impressive.
C.) Your NASCAR comment.. play in traffic. Nobody I know watches racing and I live in middle Tennessee.

    Thanks.

  3. Sorry i should have explained it better its 75 straight sell outs by the way and the sellouts were over the last 2 Seasons not including playoffs. I remember whent they used to call Sommet Center the southern Joe Louis Arena now the Nationwide Arena is called the southern Joe Louis Arena cause of all the Wing fans….

  4. @Hockeynmma1992 According to the record books, I do believe we did better than you, we beat you 4-1 in the playoffs, and people actually know what to chant when. Just saying. Plus, I'd just like to point out who won the season series.

  5. Man handled the Red Wings?? Not so much the Wings controlled play in pretty much every game the only thing that saved Nashville was Rinne with his outstanding play in goal but hey you guys got beat in the 2nd round and Ryan Suter will be in a Red Wing uniform this coming season as will Zach Parise and Nashville will be losing half thier team this summer and will go back to being a shitty hockey team:)

  6. That would be a bad thing for the Central Division. Nashville, Detroit, Chicago and St.Louis if they can stay up there make that a very tough and competitive division.

  7. >Hillbillies in Nashville
    >No snow and ice in Nashville

    hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  8. As a Leafs fan I would have to say that I'm impressed by how far a team like Nashville' fans base as come along. IMO they are most def a more passionate fanbase than such teams as Phoenix; Preds fans are starting to come along; nothing compared to Toronto, Montreal, Detroit ect but at least they have a better chance too keep their team

  9. dude, winneped has one of the loudest buildings i've seen. but im actually glad to see you guys back. your one my teams to cheer on next season.

  10. To all you haters: FUCK OFF. Just accept the fact that with the right ownership and marketing, HOCKEY WORKS ANYWHERE

  11. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the best fans in hockey. GO PREDS!!! And remember, catfish tastes better than octopus. 🙂

  12. lol enjoy your lack of stable blue line and limited offense. don't forget that sieve in net! wings fans don't let reality deter them in the slightest.

  13. I am a Flyers fan at heart but I follow the Preds as my 2nd favorite team. I would love to make the trip to Nashville and experience a game live.

  14. As a Huge Flyers Fan I Don't Mind The Nashville Predators At All and They Have Loyal Fans All The Way!

  15. Well Thomas can eat a HEFFER When NASHVILLE WINS It proves stupid twots like this wrong GO PREDS Look at us now how about that !!!

  16. The 6 dislikes are Penguins fans, for Predators fans yelling at Crosby. Crosby fans are babies.

  17. Nashville loved Weber and Suter. Too bad they did not love Nashville enought to stay.
