Ridiculous that our minor league team gets an outdoor game before the Jackets
Surprised this wasn’t the matchup at Lower dot com field. Feel like it would be the perfect capacity for an AHL game and with the location, you get to show tomorrow’s players in Columbus
I know everyone is thinking it but if it’s successful I wouldn’t mind taking the blue jackets on the road to Cleveland to play Buffalo for an outdoor game. Ideally it be a Michigan v OSU proxy match with us vs Detroit but I think two rising teams playing outdoors on a “neutral site” would be interesting too.
The hockey fever is just as strong in Cleveland based on this weekend as I had to run up there for work!
With them, and the Buckeyes getting an outdoor game up there, maybe that opens the door for us
ITT – People still bitch about why Blue Jackets doesn’t have an outdoor game yet but our minor league affiliate does.

Side note: I’m just real tired of everyone’s opinion on it. I already mentioned my stand on this a long time ago, but « apparently » I’m in the minority.
