Heartbreaking, and pathetic. 0/23 on the PP. Can’t score 1 goal against the back to back champs and expect to win. 5v5 goals in this series, 2-2. PP is the difference. 4th liners against Kutch in the final 30 seconds, piss off Brunette.

Florida had their chance on the PP late in the 3rd. They held it in Tampa's end for over 90 seconds straight – couldn't put in a goal. Can't blame Bobrovsky, he played really well.
Just more evidence that Andrew Brunette is in over his head. I’m a Panthers fan, but I can clearly see that Brunette is being taken to school by Jon Cooper. Brunette may be a great coach one day, but he’s not ready for this level of coaching.
Was interesting to see on that last play that Kucherov shoulder checked to see Colton but Weeger did not
Mortal Kombat! I will say this I watched the original movie. Also Panthers must have cursed the power play gods! Only this can explain why you go 0 for 25 on the power play.

The Bolts willingness to die on the sword and take all the shots in all the wrong places is insane. The 2022 Panther regular season felt like Our 2019 team hopefully it’s a similar ending 😉. electrifying win by the bolts man ross colton is a absolute gamer. bolts sacrificing their bodies to win they can win a game anyway you want a true chameleon team you can tell they want a third and I hope they can get to it. but even still this is only two wins they have to close the panthers out though and still a long way to go to that point.

Panthers issues have been the same all season. The quality of the teams they're playing is the difference. They'll make you pay. If Lightning meet a team that can efficiently execute a power play, I think they'll be beat. Panthers learned nothing from their last series let alone last season's series against Tampa. Weegar, penalties, power play. Rinse, wash, repeat.
B0b hasn't been bad but do you could maybe put in Knight for a period and see how it goes? Stamkos and Cirelli have to score. Need Point back. My thoughts, as a 27y TBL fan, is that the Cats need 1 direct scorer to get the edge, aka a 35g scorer who you will allow to cheat up.
Florida is finished. When you lose two games, important games in a series against Tampa Bay, especially when the Tampa Bay Goalscorers have momentum towards game 3. It's over. Tampa is about to sweep easily.
I commented on one of your previous videos that if you're playing the lightning you need to play a full 60 with no mistakes. Florida proves it by being punished on a mistake with 4 seconds left

The Lightning are the Habs of the 70's and the Islanders and Oilers of the 80's. They're just that good and they have so much depth, it's crazy. Vasilevskiy is by far the best goalie in the world. The Panthers should put Spencer Knight on net.

I think your a excellent analyst. I remember a NBA coach of a excellent team say one time, you have to be careful as a coach, sometimes the players stop listening to you. I wondered the other day why the cats are making the same mistakes. Coach not having courage/confidence to try something different, or i thought it could be the players aren't listening, lol. I can't see us taking 4 out of 5 against the bolts. But I actually believe we can take 2 in their building. We have the talent, but not without some pp goals. Also I have seen many say about weegar on the last play how he should have stayed in front of the net, pick up the late guy and i am sure they are right. But I promise, I did also see what you mentioned, that was a pretty sweet, no look, behind the back pass right on the bolts players blade. One other thing i saw was, i guess the philosophy became take real hard shots, but i seen at least twice, once weegar did it, he took such a big wind up, his stick was over his head, straight up in the air, and that gave the defense guy, 1/4 of second to get into position to block the shot, we had a guy in front that coulda maybe got a deflection, but even if it got passed the d guy would have been much harder to get a stick on it for the deflection, so i say, take quicker shots, get it off your blade faster, take less of a wind up.
Tampa now has to defend home. Winning 2 on the road is only good if you win at least 1 of the next 2 at home.
Tampa won based on experience. They're outmanned without Point and really struggled in every period. But they tapped in to experience and leaned on Vasilevsky to pull out 2 tough road games.
Props to Florida. The fans were buzzing and the players showed up. You have to be impressed with how physical Florida was. Every single time Tampa touched the puck, they got hit. And Florida played fast.
But Tampa shortened the bench and rolled their trusted guys. Colton is proving to be a big time clutch player.
Not surprised at all. I said after my Caps got eliminated that Florida team is susceptible and a team that knows how to win will beat them. Enter Tampa Bay. The Caps, if Maclellan had done anything to inject some youth and speed into the lineup instead of riding this old and broken down core, could have beaten Florida. Florida is a talented team but there missing something. As a 38 year old hockey fan who's been watching since I was 5 I can see when a team is ready and when there not. Florida I feel like still relys too much on their transition and scoring goals and in the postseason it's sacrifice and tight defense that wins hockey games. Florida needs to add that element to their team.

Called the threepeat early. The high flying offensive shift the nhl has had seems to die out fast in playoffs. Teams like tampa, last years islanders, last years montreal, this years st louis are teams that can win it all.
