  1. the whole point in calling offsides is if it gave you an advantage. It’s not like he received it behind the line or next to the goal or something. He literally entered backwards between multiple defenders.. if anything it was a complete disadvantage

  2. So would it be considered onside if no defender poked the puck at the blue line? Cause I recall that as long as you have possession crossing the blue line it’s onside

  3. you should be able to be offsides on a power play. make it a true power play. and just to be fair, could eliminate it for both teams during the power play. would keep some honesty.

  4. It should be globally accepted that this was a legitimate goal, put it at #10 on sports center; it’s worthy of #1 but you know… sports center and hockey don’t mix.

  5. Can't believe people will complain about this being called. Can't start getting ambiguous about offsides, it needs to be black and white to avoid frustration.

  6. This was offside, Makar's goal last year was onside, I'm just a fan that wants the games called the same
