Montreal was a complete disaster last season, but within that disaster, the new GM and Coach St. Louis have brought a new attitude to the team, and hopefully they'll win a few more games at least this year and be respectable.
Toronto will be lucky if they reach play-off this season. Their goalies, defenders and three lines are very behind a team focusing on a cup need. Sorry but I don't even believe them to reach play-offs and if yes, they will be out from the 1st round with maximum 2 wins.
Omg it’s the first game of the regular season relax my fellow Leafs fans still outshot Habs in their own barn I expect Leafs to beat Montreal at SB by more than 1 goal and even Habs fans know Leafs will finish ahead of them in the Standings this year, it’s all about what happens in the playoffs that matter, it’s how we finish not start! If we can give away only 23 shots in road games, with a little bit better goaltending should be challenging for the division title and HFA! Go Leafs Go! Habs good luck in making the playoffs this year think it’s a battle between u & either Bruins or Capitals for the 8th & final spot
