  1. hold on to Dach upside could be great…P.L.D. becomes available in 2 years..lets wait and see…..

  2. The jets are idiots. They need to blow up that forward core. Wheeler and Scheiffle are bums

  3. With this rebuild we have all the time in the world (more like 3/4/5 since that is when Suzuki and Caufield are in their prime), wait 2 years to see what we have with Dach and then we can see wat happens with PLD (I've seen so many people on this channel say "We?" and yes ik im not a part of the team but does it really matter that much?)

  4. I would trade Dvorak and keep Dach. PLD does not seem to have any loyalty to the teams that sign him. The Habs are building for the future. I believe Dach is the future.

  5. it’s not happening pld can go to hell you can want something all you want but you still have 2 more years left on your deal

  6. I think Dach will be a great fit with the Habs. St. Louis will be able to help realize his potential. Dach and Slafkovsky that’s gonna be some serious size and skill upfront.

  7. U think logan mailloux could be part of a trade considering all the issues around him. Winnipeg could sell it as we needed to get rid of PLD so we took on Mailloux

  8. This is where I think u are wrong/right. With his personality I will bet you a bag of ketchup potatoe chips Le Rat Dubois will say at UFA another team like NY, or Tampa is offering a big deal, and he will squeeze the habs for every penny even tho "habs are all i wanna play for" this guy is a rat, mark my words mtl he gonna dangle that carrot in front of your nose. Your best bet get him now in a trade then sign a 8 year deal while his price is relatively low. In 2 years he's gonna want 10 mil just watch

  9. Dach and a unprotected 1st or dach and Guhl…or Dubois gonna rake you guys over the coals at Ufa for 10 mil+ better get him now sign him now for a 8 year 7.5-8 mil

  10. If Montreal is focusing their efforts on developing their young players and nursing their veterans. It makes sense to give Dach a chance to increase his value; even if Dubois is the center they want.. then in two years when they are ready to compete. They can potentially trade a more valuable Dach for a different piece, and sign Dubois off of UFA.

  11. I would honestly take this trade and hopefully they give us their first round pick

  12. AIN t gonna happen! not now not in 2 years for a pretentious diva like PLD. He ASSUMES Montreal wd take him b/c of that stupid cultural Franco/fone noise…. maybe Bergvin wd a been sucked in but uh uh No. Btw Suzuki a young bright lite had 1 (( one. )) more pt last year than PLD AND! is a no maintenance player….PLD s a disaster && let WinterPeg deal with the mess……..

  13. If pld force a trade and you know the Canadians have to give up prospects And a pick if they trade for him now so where is the leverage , I don’t know about you but the Canadians should be be careful what they wish for

  14. What's with all these young players demanding trades? He should spend the year in the press box.

  15. I think that you got The Analysis On The Money. The only thing that you Didn't Factor In Is The Rangers, In Getting Pierre Luc DuBois For Two Years/Two Stanley Cups, Before He Gets Shipped To Montreal For Picks Or Prospects (Remember That The Rangers & Jets Are Trading Partners And The Chris Drury/Jeff Gorton Tie Is Still There, Since Drury Was The Assistant General Manager Under Gorton With The Rangers – I Wish It Had Been In Your Video).

  16. Talent -wise l like Dubois, but attitude-wise l like Dach better. Only God know where he would fit. Please remember that people never change.

  17. I feel like Dubois will slow down when he signs his big contract in 2 years

  18. My theory is…Montreal and Winnipeg, both had a deal in place (or at least a strong outline of) for Dubois to be moved to Montreal at the draft. To the point where Dubois was present at the Bell Centre, expecting to be traded. And I think Chevelayoff is the one who back down from it, at the last minute. Either trying to capitalize on Hughes' desire to make a splash in front of MTL's fanbase and turn it to his advantage, or because he heard Montreal had made a deal for Dach, and was more interested in him than one of the player Montreal was offering in the original deal (rumored to be Dvorak at C), and tried to change the deal.

To be, this would kinda explain why Dubois was at the draft, why Brisson went so aggressively public with PLD's desire to play in Montreal in the medias (I could see him not being very happy with Chevelayoff if it went down that way) and the rumors about WPG asking for a player the Habs absolutely don't want to give up.

As for the 'Dubois blocking Dach from moving up in the line-up' argument, I don't see it that way at all. Dach is a young right-handed C, who could be moved to the wing if needed. Dubois is a left-handed C, who also played LW. Both of them are in the Top-6, no doubt for me (expecially if Dvorak/Anderson are going the other way in a PLD trade). In fact, I think it could be beneficial for both. You play them together, letting them take faceoffs on their strong side. Once one of them locks the C, the other gets moved to the wing (or third line if Dach fails to prove himself). It's an almost perfect situation in fact.

  19. Basically the YouTube guy is endorsing PLD’s and Montreal’s tampering and unethical behaviour. You think that because he says he wants to sign with Montreal you can threaten Winnipeg with a you’ll take whatever u get attitude. Why don’t you offer a sack of pucks? His agent should be fined for tampering. I think Winnipeg should trade him to anyone but Montreal. Or we can play him and if he does another Columbus hissy fit put him in the press box. He’s an entitled punk. Winnipeg can let him go in two years.

  20. from a hawks fan… why trade for dubois? unless winnipeg is willing to accept what the habs are willing to offer, montreal should just wait until dubois is a ufa. pld obviously wants to play there, he's not going anywhere.

  21. No,no,no senor ,no mas no mas why get a young center that is a good center and trade him for an unknown quantity.PLD could still come to Montreal without moving Dach. That would be best,Droiun,Armia and Savard

  22. It is to much. Why do Winnipeg any favors? Dubois will come to Montreal eventually. There is absolutely no rush for PLD during our rebuild. Keep Dach. Let the jets squirm and start the season with PLD. His stock will drop and they will get desperate and offer us him for a bag of socks and drouin.

  23. Winnipeg have not leverage. They'll get what the habs offer or the habs can get him in 2 years. Nuff said.

  24. i see the way you think of it comparing forx and dubois but the way i see it they both had a dream to play for their favorite trade but dubois at least tried to play for other teams until he felt in his mind that he couldnt take it anymore playing at bell center and people always saying how good he is there it probably just solidified hes toughts so if he really just changed his mind shame on him but if he always dreamed to play for mtl and tried hes hardest to prefer the team he was on but just couldnt cause hes a habs fan for life and realised he couldnt play for another team after trying i think its a pretty good attitude personally

  25. To me Dubois has done the Jets dirty by basically taking all the Jets leverage away in getting fair market value for him.

  26. Would you do : Dach, Dvorak and 1st round pick from Florida 2023 for Dubois? I would. Change my mind
