I remember 1998 Stanley cup when capitals randomly made it against Detroit. The lack of hype and fans back then. Even the bullets in the 90s had more public awareness. The 1992 superbowl was a huge deal. I didn't even know about or watched football back then, I just knew something very important had happened.
