@Maple Leafs de Toronto

1. It was a good game, glad to see Suzuki and Caufield getting points right out of the gate! Guhle looked good, actually there weren't many who looked bad tonight, a few mistakes here and there but I'm glad they got a confidence builder over Toronto! Good show guys!

  2. Jake Allen is gonna steal some games for us. Was marner and tavares even in the toronto lineup tonight? Great effort to night a nice birthday present for me tonight 🙂

  3. I just wanted to let you know that early on this season, you guys are going to pass The Simpsons in episodes. Quite an achievement, pals!

  4. I was expecting Leafs 5 – 0. Amazing performance, but get back to reality. They have to lose games in order to get in the bottom 5.

  5. Habs defense tonight = $7,6 million + Jake Allen's $2,9 million for a total of $10,5 million

  6. Do you guys think matheson could play on the right side? so that we could potentially run
    Edmundson, Matheson
    Guhle, Savard
    Xhekaj, Harris

  7. Caufield-Suzuki was great but defence/specialy no.17/is horibble! And what does Dadonov was rookie fail wich is finnaly goal to habs…But i like the Habs start with win!

  8. Thank you, St. Louis, for keeping Drouin a healthy scratch. And for a great reason – not putting up enough effort. This may take place a lot this season.

  9. Given the youth and inexperience of the defense, not just as players but as teammates I think they did a great job, blocking shots like a playoff game. Yeah Savard is slow and cumbersome but he is providing leadership and does understand the nuances of the game. Lastly, the Leafs defense was terrible, slow and low, if they don't score 4 goals a game it will be a long season for them.

  10. Great Show … Great Game….. Won on the OVER!!!! Go Habs.

Hey guys the Leafs Locked on is still Ahead on Subs…. Like and Subscribe. Can't have leafs beat us at anything… Including Tiddly Winks.

  11. There gonna lose a lot of games ,but the future is so bright ,and these players are all going to impose their will sooner rather than later GO HABS GO

  12. Kirby Dach is the hidden Joker card in the lineup. If he blossoms to his full potential, he could turn out be as good as Suzuki. He's got the moves, he's got the brain, he's got the speed. Go Kirby Go! Btw good job rookie defence!

  13. Not that he played poorly, but Xhekaj looked like he was occasionally having trouble adjusting his game to the NHL speed. It was nice to see he wanted, so bad, to help (not harm) the team. This was to be expected, imo.

  14. Love you guys, but you need to cut Savard some slag, considering he played against Mathew’s and marner he played really well, Weber had some terrible games against these two

  15. Mailbag question: How good of a season would Sean Monahan need to stay with the Habs? I know that the likelihood of this happening would be low but I'm still curious.

  16. I hate to quote the Coward Mark Scheifele, but then I get to call him the Coward Mark Scheifele, "Is there anything better than beating the Leafs?"

  17. I have been expecting this press conference from carey since the end of last season and I’m still not ready for the official retirement
I’m not crying you are 😭🥹

  18. Nick Suzuki is so hyper-intelligent he's the ideal captain. This team's future will shock people who think they know.
