Love having the boys back even if it’s gonna be a brutal year. Liked some of what we saw physically from Hayton, and I like the audacity of the Gostisbehere power play deployment.

Less than inspiring performance, time to workout I guess lmao

Taking the over on 66.5 points for the season might have been a mistake.

There were some moments where we were really scrappy and fought. The first 5 minutes of the game set the tone sadly

I’m actually excited for this season based on what I saw tonight. The team is fighting for the puck like I’ve never seen; they look scrappy and hungry, in spite of knowing that they’re expected to lose _hard_ this season. Everybody looked like they were giving 100% every single shift. I’m definitely not used to seeing that.
As far as I’m concerned, we could lose every game going down fighting like we did tonight and the season would be a success for where we are in the rebuild.

We actually did well for the middle 40 minutes. The first 10 and the last 10 killed us.
Still glad hockey is back though!!

Never seen fans more upset about winning then Pens Fans. So happy they won against a glorified AHL team they’re nasty.
