  1. I accually like the dallas third, but i like different thirds so my king of all ugly jerseys has to go to the vancouver v jersey

  2. When Dallas first had the Reebok jerseys, the white jersey had the Stars logo on it; it then became the alt, and the away was made to match the home.

  3. Never realized it until now but to summarize: the N* jersey was (and always will be) classic, the current jersey is cool, and everything in between was fugly…

  4. My Inline hockey team was named The Peter North Stars. The looks on the other players faces was priceless

  5. I'd love to see a video or videos of all relocations of teams in modern time and why they did it. Just read about why the North Stars moved.

  6. So Shannnon has multiple jerseys for each team. Let's say an average of 4 jerseys/team. There's 31 teams plus a few more that don't exist so we'll say 35. 35×4=140 jerseys. If the average price is $50, then he has spent about 7000 dollars on hockey jerseys. Dang. Are you sure you wouldn't rather use that money for something else, like things you would actually use everyday? I respect the collection, but it's not something I would do.

  7. I wish they would bring back the old Dallas Jersey that they won the cup in as an alternate just because it’s such a beautiful jersey

  8. Didn’t realize they came out with the Dallas jersey just prior to the move. Wasn’t old enough to pay attention to that stuff then.

  9. Great video. Buffalo, nyi, avs, yotes and Panthers would be good teams as well, lots of interesting designs and 3rd jerseys in that group.

  10. My biggest gripe with this video and the jerseys you displayed is that 1993-94 Stars inaugural jersey with the Texas shoulder patches at the primary logo that just says ST^RS…. CCM totally butchered that jersey. What you didn't mention is that from 1994 up until the "Victory Green" switch, the Stars actually significantly darkened their green to the same exact shade of green the Minnesota Wild started using when they became a franchise. During the first season in Dallas, they wore the much brighter kelly green of the North Stars. When they added the DALLAS above the logo, that coincided with the darkening of the green. That CCM replica you have uses the jersey layout from 1993-94 but the colors of the thicker-striped, darker-green, DALLAS-logo'd uniforms from the mid to late 90s. I'd kill for an actual replica of the 1993-94 sweaters, with the correct shade of green, and accurate logos… but sadly, those are hard to come by. The darker green on black is just too drab compared to that gorgeous kelly green they're supposed to be. Great video though, sir. Go Stars.

  11. Awesome "history." And yes, your North Star jerseys look sharp! There was also an odd shaded Dallas Stars jersey back in the 2000's that was described as "baby poop green." Can't find an example of it, and not sure how official it was, but it was an awful shade of green.
I really miss the original Dallas Stars logo (the one from the start of the Dallas Stars up to their Stanley Cup jerseys). The new D on the star just looks like a spikey D instead of a star. I'm also not a big fan of the neck lace up shoe string thing. I'm hoping they'll go retro like the Stanley Cup Away jerseys for a 3rd jersey one day. Never understood why they've gone away from the logo that won us a Stanley Cup.

  12. As a young Dallas Stars fan hearing that they where going to be called lone stars and with red white and blue colors that doesn’t sound that bad

  13. “That may be Norm Green coming to get me now.” Gave me a good laugh. Off the cuff and perfect. Bravo sir!

  14. I still think the Jerseys the Stars wore when they won the cup is one of, if not the best jersey in hockey history.

I actually think the mooterus is a really nice logo, I just didnt like the rest of the Jersey.

I like the new logo, but I'm not a fan of the rest of the Jersey, I'm not a fan of the shade of green.

I think if they put their new logo on their cup era jersey, and went back to the dark green, it would be fantastic.

  15. I honestly like the mooterus alternate, I have an autographed Modano one the only thing I feel that they could’ve done differently to make it a little more accepted was keeping the star design in the jersey and adding red to that instead of the complete redesign. It’s about time they get an alternate now though I’m still in denial that they no longer wear green and gold.

  16. Watching The Wonder Years made me think of the "Mooterus" 🤯

    6:08 Looks like a basketball jersey 🚫

  17. Hockey guy, what are some sites where you can get some good deals on jerseys? I don’t want to spend $100-$150 on a jersey, I know some jerseys you will have to. Just looking to get a good deal.

  18. Do you have the reverse retros and the new black with skyline green ones ?
