I have been to about a dozen games at Rogers in Edmonton. Was actually at this game… Wasn’t in this section but have sat in this section about half a dozen times and funny enough have seen at least 3 fights break out in that section.
5 minutes for fighting, 5 for unsportsmanlike and a game misconduct.
That guy got his ass kicked bad… probably had to take him out on a stretcher lol
Imagine being a grown ass man and fighting in the stand of a hockey game.
Fucking embarrassing.

Was at the game, sitting right beside that section. Security took like 5 minutes to arrive and didn’t even do much which was not great..

Honest question – unless these guys knew each other, what would possibly lead to someone getting this upset (yes, even while drunk) and fighting?

I live in Calgary and I have only seen scraps in the stands of the Dome when the Oilers are in town.
