  1. Yea baby! Oilers just won the biggest prize. Why are teams still playing in the playoffs?

  2. It's alright he's going to be a flop I mean he punch a wall so he's not the brightest guy.

  3. As an oilers fan I am embarrassed to win the draft lottery again, I am tired of being a joke, I am positive that you guys ( Buffalo fans) will make the playoffs before us. From one frustrated fan to another, I wish you guys good luck.

    From an oilers fan

  4. As an Oilers fan, my apologies to you, the fans of the Sabres…

That said, the Buffalo and Arizona GMs were tanking their teams pretty hard, where as the Oilers just suck naturally from the top down. 😉

  5. Man this sucks; it has to be rigged. Who wins the lottery 4 out of 6 years? I would've rather seen Buffalo win, which is hard to say as a Caniac.

  6. I felt bad for buffalo. Been shut out twice in a row for the 1st overall pick. Jack Eichel is still a Phenomenal talent. It's just mind blowing that the oilers will pick 1st overall for the 4th time in the past 6 years.

  7. Oliers go on stage to announce there frist pick, they announce Conner Mcdavid's name wrong.  gets  130th overall player instead because he had the same name that the Oliers falsely announce. WASTED

  8. I don't know whose tears taste better, sabre fans or leafs fans…? Damn it feels good to be an Oilers fan!

  9. Most Sabres knew Eichel was the most likely choice. Mcdavid would have been nice but the odds weren't there. Sabres fans are generally pessimists. They knew this going in. "Are you shitting me?" had more to do with the Oilers getting another first overall, than the Sabres losing it.

  10. Well Eichel was supposed to be great, but they managed to blow it. Really, the Sabres never should have fired Tim Murray, he had a plan. It was a long road, but he was taking advantage of all the great drafts. He had a win-win plan in place, and try didn't let him finish it.
