I think the coach needs to be settled first before going too far into the offseason; especially before free agency and making any trades (i.e. draft day).
40 years combined, they're 84 years old combined (Chara and Greene). I agree, they need to move on.

If Bergeron retires, Boston could be a landing spot for Nelson, if Raty is ready for 3C (Pageau 2C) which would flip over time.
Ideally it would be good to move Lee too.
It might take something like Salo, 2022 1st rd., Wahlstrom and Lee for Chychrun and a 2nd rd. pick.
I love Czarnik. He'd be a nice 3RW to play with Raty and say Parise (for now).
Holmstrom has looked pretty good in the playoffs too.
Lou definitely needs to look at teams with cap issues and pick them apart, similar to Sakic picking off Toews from the Isles.
I'd take Pelech – Dobson, then Dunn – Pulock, 3rd. pairing Aho/Salo/Bolduc – Mayfield
That would be a more than competitive defence; especially with Sorokin backing them up.

Why the purpose of making the nhl faster?
Lee is not a first line winger. If Lee is put back with Barzal, 13 will not stay. Marchessault and Lee would switch. We need Johnny Hockey. Bottom line.
