Décomposer les mouvements hors saison du Lightning de Tampa Bay
NHL Tonight discute de tout ce qui concerne Lightning, y compris la prolongation du contrat de Point, les pertes notables hors saison et la signature de Brian Elliott
Pang. 10.5 million? Point is good. Not worth more than Kuch. Kucherov makes Point better, not the other way around. Point wouldn't be Point without Kuch. Anyone who watches them on a consistant basis knows this. Such disrespect shown toward Kucherov. You know the guy who had 30 plus points in the playoffs two years in a row. The only two guys to do that is besides Kuch is Gretzky and Lemieux. Kuch makes the Bolts go, not Point. These guys are clueless.
Im in awe of how they are able to pay these guys like this…The bruins entire 1st line makes only ~$7m more than the league's top paid players. Hard to argue with the bolts success but sustainability is gonna be an issue
I wonder what a player salary cap would do to professional sports. It's one thing to have a team salary cap but that still creates teams where they will "overpay" an all star that may be the face of their team and can't seem to build any depth. It also drags players to other teams just so they can be the star player there making tons of money on a team that never wins. Do you think players would try less if they knew they could only make $5 million a year and someone who may not be "as good" as them makes the same amount? Would players stay with their teams for fun, loyalty, live in cities they enjoy & have raised their kids in, etc.? But what then happens to all the other money a team makes if they aren't giving more of it to their players, but you can ask this question with team salary caps as well. Players on "wealthy" franchises sort of suffer while the team owner(s) make more money off of them and the players can't earn more. Perhaps we have players owned leagues? I mean cities usually fork out the money for stadiums anyways so why do we have private team owners?

They lost most of their PK
It's insane how much depth Tampa Bay had.
Such a strong team.
These guys are all clearly from Canada, anyone sane would say Vasy, Hedman or Kucherov is the best player on the bolts

I know damn well he didnt just say point makes his wingers look good, Kucherov makes point look much better than he actually is- bolts fan
Kucherov and Hedman has the most assists. So without assists to Stamkos and Brayden point they wouldn't have scored as much.
